One Big Night!

The moment we got the keys, everything sprinted into motion. We cleared out the old fixtures and furniture, and for the next two weeks, we overhauled the space: two washrooms fully renovated, bar refreshed, feature wall installed, all tables sanded and stained, kitchen layout reworked, and the interior repainted. Our team - contractors, seamstresses, suppliers, painters, ourselves—were on-site morning to night, determined to meet our February 1 launch.

As the final days approached, menus and signage were locked in. Opening night arrived, family and friends filled the room, and L’Aceretta Eatery officially opened its doors. Impressively, everything ran seamlessly—the kitchen kept pace, the staff supported each other well, and the service felt smooth and confident.

We are looking forward to being in Los Corales and part of the community and serving our customers.
