Our clients became new owners of an apartment of a new construction project. The unit needed shower doors, air conditioning units, water heater, all furniture, all decor and a complete kitchen set up including appliances. The owners wanted the unit to be listed for short term rental. The project took over a month to complete, we lead the project shopping, coordinating suppliers, trades and set up.
